Clarity earns trust.
How we approach the content published in The Education Digest.
Sources and attribution
News briefs link to the primary source used to verify their factual claims. Source dates and our own publication dates are shown separately. A brief is an independent summary, not a statement of affiliation with the source organisation.
Accuracy and context
Factual statements in our news briefs are checked against the linked primary sources. We distinguish source-based summaries from original reporting, and identify commentary separately. We do not invent interviews, quotations or first-hand experience.
Perspective and practical guidance
Guides and perspectives provide questions and frameworks for readers to consider. They are not individual admissions advice or assessments of specific institutions. Readers should verify changing course, fee and policy details with the institution concerned.
Commercial content
Paid features and advertising will be labelled Sponsored or Advertisement. Payment does not confer a ranking, accreditation or editorial endorsement. No paid institutional profiles are included in our launch edition.
Corrections and updates
When a substantive error is identified, the affected article will carry a correction explaining the change. Material revisions will update the article's modification date. Silent changes to the meaning of a sourced statement are not our approach.
Photography
Stock photography is illustrative. The people and institutions shown are not implied to be the subjects of a story or endorsers of this publication.
